Ingredients
- 400g 00 flour
- 250ml Warm water
- 7g Dry yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 200g Canned San Marzano tomatoes
- 200g Fresh Mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Mix flour, water, yeast, and salt. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth. Let it rise for 2 hours in a warm place.
- Pizza Base: Stretch the dough into a thin circle on a floured surface.
- Toppings: Spread crushed tomatoes evenly. Top with hand-torn mozzarella.
- Bake: Preheat oven to its highest setting (250°C+). Bake for 8-10 minutes until crust is golden.
- Finishing Touch: Add fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
