Double up your small corn tortillas! This prevents the taco from breaking and is the real way they serve them in the streets of Mexico City.

Ingredients

  • 500g Carne Asada or Pork Carnitas
  • Corn Tortillas (Small)
  • Fresh Cilantro (Torn)
  • White Onion (Diced)
  • Limes (Quartered)
  • Salsa Verde or Roja
  • Radishes (Slivered)

Instructions

  1. Cook Meat: Slow-cook pork carnitas or grill seasoned beef until juicy and tender.
  2. Warm Tortillas: Heat small corn tortillas on a stovetop or dry pan until soft and warm.
  3. Prepare Toppings: Finely dice onions and prepare fresh cilantro and limes.
  4. Build Tacos: Place meat in tortillas, top with onion and cilantro, add a dash of salsa.
  5. Final Squeeze: Serve with a generous squeeze of fresh lime juice and radishes.
